Pump Repair
ACT is able to repair cryogenic reciprocating and centrifugal pumps for Vanzetti's pumps and all competitors (i.e. ACD, Cryostar, Cryovation, Carter, Veite, CS&P). OEM repair parts are available. Quotes are available upon request. The ACT team of installers can install reciprocating and centrifugal pumping systems including automatic cylinder filling stations.

Mechanical Seal Repair
ACT provides a service that most seal supply houses do not have . ACT can repair most competitor mechanical seals with OEM parts when possible. If the seal cannot be repaired ACT can supply a replacement seal at competitive pricing. ACT team of engineers can specify special seals upon request. Due to ACT in-house machining capabilities special seal pricing is the lowest in the industry.

System Design & Installation
ACT has a team of technicians trained in all aspects of cryogenic piping and systems ready to assist you with installation, maintenance, upgrades and troubleshooting.

Training & Consulting
ACT will provide training courses in cryogenic pump repair. The training courses include the latest techniques in pump repair which will eliminate excessive maintenance costs. Included in the training is a complete Net Positive Suction Head (NPSH) discussion which will help operators and repairman diagnose pump operational and maintenance issues.
